Scope of Services |
The following services are included in the agreed upon remuneration for
their Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability programs:
o Marketing/Renewal Services for all Employee Benefits, including but not limited to: strategic planning, analysis, negotiation with incumbents, RFP if required, full placement services;
o Settlement Analysis And Validation Of Retentions And Reserves;
o Benefit Pricing;
o IBNR Validation, for external corporate auditors, via an affiliation with Frenkel Benefits UHY Advisors, or consulting company of your choosing;
o Vendor Management: claim resolution, billing resolution, benefit auditing;
o Contract Review;
o Booklet Review;
o SPD Development;
o DRB Employee Benefit Services will field ERISA/COBRA questions, peer reviewed by an ERISA/COBRA attorney, via an affiliation with Frenkel Benefits, UHY Advisors or a consulting company of your choosing;
o Underwriting Studies, via an affiliation with Frenkel Benefits, UHY Advisors or a consulting company of your choosing;
o Actuarial Studies, via an affiliation agreement between Frenkel Benefits, UHY Advisors or a consulting company of your choosing;
o General consulting on all aspects of Employee Benefits;
o Employee Meetings, including travel and lodging;
o 5500 preparation.
